The property manager mico manages every person in the complex and we have all received many notices about noise and "walking more softly" in our apartments DO NOT MOVE IN IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!  they love to evict tenants.. we see people come in and move out daily (very hefty fees are involved when your lease is broken) just DO NOT let your self be apart of there scam!! ask your self what place screens your visitors?? invasion of privacy to the fullest and very embarrassing to ask your friend for there social security number and 42.00 BUCKS so they can be scanned. spread the word!!!   ]]></description>
