The cost of the tree new was $175.00 but
this tree is a few years old and not in perfect
condition. all of the lights work and the stand
rotates but some of the limbs are coming loose.
the tree also sits loosely in the stand not as tight
as it use to.

NEW Hand-made, wood birdhouse sit on a 4x4 post (wood or PVC), approximately 17 inches tall , 16 inches wide,and 11 deep has 6 separate bird "opening" and a cedar shake roof.The front of the birdhouse is the same as the backside.Easy to clean out just remove a few screws.
