I need silence when I sleep, and I respect a roommate's request for silence as well. I would also like to live with someone who shares some common interests with me, and likes to talk about non-popular-culture related subjects. There is no and will be no TV in this house, I have a good sound system though.

My Roommate is moving out because a friend of hers is moving into town, and they wanted to get a place together. Her name is Lindsy and she offered to be a reference for me, so feel free to call her just ask me for her number. The room will be available by the 1st of January possibly the day before, if you're a student I am assuming you'd move in by the 3rd, which is actually my birthday, so I am going to have a party(low key) during the day then, whether you can join in or you're still moving in is fine.

I live in a duplex with lots of natural light and space for plants. It has an efficient layout and low utilities; when not using the heat it's ~15$ per-person. Electric is all we pay for, if we use the heat a lot it's around ~35 split. We would split internet as well which is 12.50$ per person. your portion of the rent is 350$ and your portion of the deposit is 350$ which you would get back when you move out from the next resident. You will not need to sign anything with the landlord; I combine your part of the rent with mine. The house is situated in a quiet part of town with lots of trees, it is a flat 7 minute bike ride to campus if you're fast. There's a bus that stops across the street twice an hour in case you don't feel like biking in the rain, and that also just takes ~7 minutes to get to campus and the route goes until 8:45 in the evening. Your bedroom would be the larger one of the two. There is a carport which I don't use and a lockable storage closet in it, that could fit a bike; I bring mine inside. There is no washer or dryer, though there are hookups or a laundromat nearby. The kitchen is medium sized, and has everything I would want other than a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped, in case you don't have kitchen implements. The living space is pleasant and roomy(enough for gatherings). The landlord is nice and is open to tenants putting in a garden where there is lawn.

I have several bedrooms including a second master bedroom to rent in a large home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. This home is large and loaded with features. This is one of the nicest homes with rooms to rent in Corvallis. Rent includes all expenses; trash, water, power, gas, basic cable, and high speed internet.

Some furnishings are available for exchange students.

This home is located on a dead end street with little traffic and a nice front porch with a swing. I am located off of 35th near the Corvallis Country Club (a little south of campus). There are two bus stops within a few hundred feet. There is also a path just across the street with easy access to the network of biking and jogging trails running though Corvallis and Philomath. Campus is less than 2 miles away and one mile to the grocery store and other shopping. The house backs up to a neighborhood park with ample room for Frisbee and other activities. The backyard has large raised beds for gardening and a covered picnic area with a patio.

The inside is very nice, bright, and open. The upstairs bedrooms are large (about 130 ft^2) and bright. Each upstairs bedroom also has large windows and built in closets with shelving. The second master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and an attached office/study/sun-room, with large windows and its own sliding glass door to the patio area (about 230 ft^2). There is also a very large shared storage room available for personal belongings if you need extra storage space.

There is a very large, fully furnished family room with a large, high definition TV, including DVD, Blu-ray, PS3, and Xbox. ALso.. ON MONDAY thru THURSDAY from 6pm to 11pm.. you will help me watch my granddaughter. She is two years old.
YOu will not watch her on your own, I will be there.. BUt I am physically incapible of getting up every time she needs me to.
SHE IS NOT a brat.. she is VERY GOOD.. she hardly ever cries.. BUT she runs all over the whole time.. and gets into things..
I need you to make her a bottle or BRING me a diaper and HER, so I can change her. OR get her out of the hamper or maybe play with her.

You can be in your room.. I can text or call you when I need you. It might be easier than it sounds.. might not.. dunno never did this before.

This includs cleaning up too.. like the rule would be "DONT WALK BY A MESS"
Clean it up.. YOu would NOT be cleaning my whole house, I HAVE A CARE provider who comes here two hours a day and cleans my house..
BUT when she is gone, because I am usually laying or sitting, I cant keep up on it.. soooooo You would do that.
