I'm needing to find a responsible woman to take over my room in a great house. Lease runs into June with the option to extend for another year. Rent is 450 plus 1/3 of the utilities.
The room has great natural light, carpet, and private bathroom. Bathroom has a stand up shower and also has great natural light. Home is well keep with pergo floors, gas heat, and is well insulated. Has 2 patio areas in the back yard, one of which is a great place to sit and enjoy the sun and drink a beer on a warm spring day. The back yard is land scaped and has a couple of raised gardens that could be used. In the front of the house there is also another raised garden and a deck for enjoying an early morning coffee on.There is an attached 2 car garage, which is used for storage and is a great place to park your bike. There are two parking spaces in the driveway that are 1st come 1st serve and shared with the 2 other roommates and plenty of parking along the street. The house is located close to the river and Willamette park, which is a great place to place disc golf, go for a walk, or just relax with friends. The bike path is only a minute or two away from the house which make getting around town easy and convienent.
The kitchen has a new refrigerator, nice stove, dish washer, and garbage disposal. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The living room and dinning room are open and the kitchen connects to the dinning room, which make it a great place to have a few friends over for a dinner party or BBQ.
Would prefer a young professional or grad student to fill the room but would certainly consider under grads as well.
There is also wireless internet available.
There are already 2 other girls living in the house, both have graduated from OSU and are working full time here in Corvallis. They are laid back and easy to get along with. They enjoy hanging out and having meals together as a group.
