1902 Harrington Upright Piano (Philomath)

I purchased this piano several years ago on Craig's List for $200 with the intention of refinishing it. It's in extremely poor cosmetic shape but has great tones. I had it tuned last February. The piano tuner was very excited about digging into the insides of this piano. She also replaced some of the felt and reglued old ivory keys and said it was worth salvaging. However, we're having new carpet laid and I don't want to mess with an 800 lb. piano. It's been my daughter's first piano and she loves it in spite of its appearance. You will definitely need 4 strong people and probably some old blankets to move this. If interested in an ugly antique piano please include the words, "old piano" in the subject line so we can avoid spam emails. I sent the serial number to the bluebook of pianos and receive the following letter...

"Dear Stefanie,

From the master list of National piano archives serial numbers. This instrument is certifiable as being made in 1902. Harrington Pianos have properties that appreciate in value for reasons of age, craftsmanship, artistic merit and/or historical significance."

Never buy bread again. I manage a low income apartment complex and I get the overflow of bread and pasteries donated to us. There is usually more than our tenants can eat and my freezer is full so I'm offering to you if you want to come get it.

We are located at the traffic light where 34th Ave enters Pacific Blvd. The driveway is about 100 feet south west of the light and stop at managers to find where the bread is. Bike #1...is purple with white tires. Disney Princess bicycle. Has a motocross type handlebar with a PAD ont he cross bar. Training wheels are on and in great shape. Seat is in great shape. Bike has been well taken care of. CHild got too tall too fast. Bike is 1 yr old and was NEVER stored in the rain. Paint is in excellent shape
Bike #2 is BLUE Little mermaid bicycle. There is a HARD plastic shell on the handlebar for storing stuff. NO training wheels and seat is in need of replacing. For the price of FREE, I am not willing to put a new seat on it. It also has a compartment by the chain cover that appears to light up but is in need of baterries. AGAIN..not willig to check this out or install batteries.
BOTH BIKES ARE FREE therefor, we are not willing to deliver them. Would like to pass them on to another child so they too can enjoy them as our daughter and granddaughters have.

You must take all of the wood. It is all good useful wood multiple sizes 2x4 2x6 a couple 1" x 5" of hardwood planking sides, constructed aprox 6 x 8 with 1/2 inch sheeting nailed on.
THIS IS A PERFECT TRAILER FULL OF BUILDING MATERIAL FOR THE FARMER OR OUTDOORSMAN. Most of the wood was water tight up until 2 1/2 months ago. It is still in good condition.

KDS CRT monitor. I just replaced this 7-8 year old monitor with an LCD monitor and hope I can find a new home for this one. It works great, with the exception that the color red does not show up very brightly. I tried to adjuct the color balance of the monitor using the monitor's software but that did not appear to help. The only problem that resuls from this is that picture colors are greenish, so editing your digital photos is difficult.

Mostly Medium-large, some XL shirts, some coats, some pants around size 14. I know goodwill prices can be pretty ridiculous for used clothing that they recieve for free, so if anyone is hard up for cash or for winter clothes email me and let me know and we can arrange for you to come pick them up. I have 2 boxes full! If you CAN afford to go out and buy clothing, please don't be greedy. I'd rather donate them to a good cause like a thriftstore than help someone who isn't in need get an unnecessary freebie.

This is a black entertainment center, it has seen better days, but it is still sturdy and has lots of life in it!
72 in. tall, 31 in. long, 15 in. wide. <--- the center itself.
22 in tall, 28 1/2 in. long, 15 in. wide. <--- where the tv fits.

It has a storage area on top of where the tv goes, with two glass doors, and under where the tv goes there is another storage area with actual doors.

I would like this gone as soon as possible! Please come and pick it up!!

Starting tomorrow morning I'll be putting boxes and bags of free stuff out by my mailbox. Go to 25th and grant, look for the pile, take what you need. Please, keep it clean and I'll keep adding throughout the month. Take whole boxes if you can. My sweetheart and I are moving into a smaller house and need to downsize our property. Things that will be going out include.. Clothing, Electronics, Tools, Furniture, Craft supplies and more!! Nothing is going out until Monday morning. Park someplace legal on the street, DO NOT use any of the local driveways, not even to turn around.

I will try to keep updates going here.

I keep getting e-mails asking me if anything is left. I'm too busy to answer them. The contents of the free pile are going to fluctuate as things get added and removed. Please, just look for yourself...

Have some freshly dug currants, sea buckthorn and rugosa roses. The currants are a nice cultivar but unfortunately the tag has been lost so can't tell you the name. We may get some snow this weekend but there's still time to get these in the ground.
