The starting rent rate is $575/month (one year lease) or $615 (month to month), which includes utilities. The rent includes all the basic utilities including electric, but does not include Cable TV/Internet or Phone.
The renovation added a credenza inside the quad bedroom to hold kitchen/food items. There's a microwave and small refrigerator in the unit for the sole use of the renter. The private bathroom vanity is upgraded with a larger sink for doing dishes, etc. All of these units have a private bedroom with a private keyed entry. The main common area kitchen is shared among 4 renters and the shower and toilet are shared with one other renter.
Our apartment complex has a large swimming pool and recreational center with a flat screen TV and pool table. The rec room also has desks, a cozy couch and a fireplace. There is a coin-op laundry room located in the rec room.
We are looking for considerate and quiet renters. The complex is not for anyone interested in partying. We are a non-smoking community. Pets will be considered.
A minimum Security Deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
Units are rented on a "first come, first serve" basis to the first approved applicant.
