The starting rent rate is $715/month (one year lease) or $765 (month to month), which includes all utilities except electric/gas, cable TV/Internet or Phone.
Our apartment complex has a large swimming pool and recreational center with a flat screen TV and pool table. The rec room also has desks, a cozy couch and a fireplace. There is a coin-op laundry room located in the rec room.
We are looking for considerate and quiet renters. The complex is not for anyone interested in partying. We are a non-smoking community. Pets will be considered.
A minimum Security Deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
Units are rented on a "first come, first serve" basis to the first approved applicant.
