We have lived here over a year and it's been a great place, but opportunities are taking us all elsewhere. The house is spacious and great for roommates and gatherings.

There are two regular bedrooms, and one master bedroom with half bath attached. There's also two living rooms, one of which could serve as a guest room or potentially a fourth bedroom. Plenty of storage space, with a two car garage and washer/dryer. Great backyard with fire pit, garden space, and ideal for lawn games. Close to Fred Meyer, Winco, HK Mart, and the north co-op. Great walking and biking location, on a bus line, easy to get to campus and into town. Nice neighborhoods and parks to explore. Landlord sadly does not allow pets.

This is a lease takeover, current lease ends July 1 and all renters must be approved by the landlord. He has been responsive and reliable to work with. All current tenants are moving out by October 1, and there could be some flexibility to move in earlier.
