I apologize in advanced as my roommate is in the middle of moving and the place is a lot more messy than it usually is (I like to keep it very tidy)
I'm currently looking for a roommate for a lease take over of my current roommates side of the lease. Definitely a Student/Academic, and I'm indifferent of the Gender
Rent is $750 at base and averages around ~$880 with utilities and such accounted for.
The place is located at 124 NW 7th st. at the Park Plaza Apartments in unit 104, which is the ground floor. It comes unfurnished but very central to everything in Corvallis and is just a short walk to OSU. The building is pet friendly as long as you can get an ESA registration (this is extremely easy to get).
As for me, I currently go to work at HP and am pursuing my extended education both at full-time. I tend to be very friendly but will usually keep to myself unless prompted. I also have a little 13F Black Cat named Madi, she is very friendly and has historically gotten along with both dogs and other cats.
Like I said before the place is a mess right now due to moving.
