This house is only 180 sq feet, yet efficiently laid out so feels spacious in a cozy sort of way. Please be aware there is a loft with a ladder. This house also has a sofa that pulls out into a full-sized bed on the main level.
There are additional dwellings on the property. We live in the main house and are available as needed, but respect your need for privacy.
**UTILITIES INCLUDED!: fast internet, trash, water, gas, electric
**Laundry machines are located in the main house and you are welcome to do laundry once per week.
**One pet is welcome for an additional $40/month fee.
**The home has a mini-split which provides comfortable ac and heat. There is also a mini-gas fireplace for extra heat and ambiance.
**Toilet is a Separett Villa composting toilet. This will be a turn off for some, but shouldn't bother those who are more open and interested in trying off-grid living.
**Cooking has been updated to a mini-oven, a hotplate, and a microwave.
**Personal, extra storage shed for bicycles and extra belongings
**Looking for lease term of 6-12 months but will consider less.
**Will rent furnished or unfurnished
**Available Nov 1 but flexible
