Recently remodeled and updated 400sqft studio apartment with an outdoor 8’x16’ private shed for your storage needs. This home is tucked away in the little town of Halsey. 1.4 mi from I-5, and a block from Hwy 99, the quick route between Eugene, Albany, Corvallis, and everything in between.
A cute place to call home with a high ceiling, a ceiling fan, built-in book shelves, and upper “plant shelves” for decorating or storage in the main room. The gallery kitchen overlooks the main living area, helping add a “great room” effect. This home is complete with washer and dryer hookups, an instant water heater, a shared fenced backyard, and new bathroom, fixtures, flooring, and paint just three years ago. We call it a “Studio” because the living room is also the bedroom, the office/study space, and often the dining room too!
Application/Background Check Fee $50 per adult. Move-in: First month’s rent (prorated) and $2,250 Security Deposit (w/potential increase based on screening process).

Pets? Considered on a case-by-case basis. Requirements: 1 year or older, spayed/neutered, veterinarian records, and prior landlord references. Breed and size restrictions. Approved pets require a refundable deposit and monthly pet rent. Amounts vary based on pet. Service and companion animals are welcome with proper documentation per Fair Housing law.
