Your own separate ground floor three room space with full bathroom and kitchenette. Locked solid metal door between upstairs and down. Very quiet living situation. Rural peaceful sanctuary with view of oak ravine. Radiant floor heat and great well water. Electricity, internet, trash service included. Quality life here in mixed forest acreage. Owner resides on main floor, is busy and travels a lot. There is no smoking allowed.There is a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, hot plates, and electric skillet in lieu of stove. Off street parking. 36" door widths and a 4' wide shower with a built in bench. There is no tv/satellite service that will be attached to this concrete building. Others have used their cellphones and computers for entertainment. Minimal outside storage offered. There is no application fee. References required (including past landlord), proof of income, first and last month's rent plus $1500 security deposit. You will need to provide proof of renter's insurance before occupancy. One dog and cat friendly pet upon approval. Month to month rent agreement with mutually respectful expectations included.
