2012 Volvo XC60. Great car but needs new seals.

What’s Good:
• Clean title in hand
• AWD – great in Oregon weather
• Comfortable leather interior
• All electronics/windows/sunroof work
• Volvo = safe and solid build quality

What Needs Work:
• seals: see picture for mechanic estimate. It still drives but smokes. Problem started recently.
• A/C currently not reliable

This would make a great project for a mechanic or advanced DIY-er. As you can see in the estimate, almost all of the repair cost is labor.
