2015 Mercedes sprinter van 3500hd builders package. this van had been professionally built up to this point and is ready for you to take over the project. It has been almost completely sound deadened about 90% of the surfaces covered with kilmat, then 1/2” neoprene “duck liner” installed on top of that with all seams taped off this is the vapor barrier, cnc cut 3m thinsulate was installed onto of that and fits the walls perfectly. The van is very quiet driving down the road and very well insulated. There is custom 3 season front window covers included that are brand new and were $500 on there own. The floor was sound deadened and 2 layers of cabinet grade 1/2” plywood was attached as a subfloor equaling 1” with no screws going through the van floor. A 7500 series smoked max air fan with a digital remote is installed in the ceiling. The ceiling is tongue and groove cedar with no cuts I was able to find 15’ boards so it is continues. There is a lot of daylight can lights installed and on a dinner switch all wired ready to go. The van is pre wired for all of the fuse box electrical needs using the highest quality tinned copper marine grade wiring. Extra circuits were ran along the way. The seat/mount is dot approved and crash tested its the only one available with this certification. Not only is it completely removable the floor plate is flush mounted in the flooring so it can be covered up, but it’s folding. The seat is made of Mercedes style fake leather and has child seat mounting. The upper cabinets on the passenger side are framed but can be removed. If they are not your style. same thing with the driver side but they are not 100% completely framed yet I was deciding how far to take them down the wall. All the cabinets are hung with stainless steel thread inserts and stainless steel hardware. The van comes with enough extruded aluminum to build it out however you want and you will have a lot left over. It comes with enough 1.5” oak butcher block counter to do two large counters down both sides 24” or less wide and still have some left over. There will be 2 sheets of 1/2” cabinet grade plywood included quite a bit of larger pieces left over totaling a few more sheets and a few sheets of 1/4” cabinet grade plywood as well. There is front a rear cameras I installed and a 10” monitor with the Mercedes factory steering wheel buttons still working perfectly. The van has 1000 miles on all new tires. Not one mechanical problem and drives like a dream. It is a very hard model to find as its the tallest, longest, most heavy duty model they make it was ordered in a panel van with no partition but the windows are factory Mercedes and installed when the van was built in Germany. Very rare options as well as the headlight washers, chrome grill, projector headlights, idle up controls, n63 package, hd upgraded suspension, and quite a few other not so common features. low miles at 71,869 currently and a immaculate car fax with the service records on the car fax. It’s the blue Tec 3.0l v6 with and selective shift auto trans. Has a wired 2” hitch. No expense was spared and the build quality is 100 top notch I know I am missing a few things here on the listing you can come check it out and we can go over all the details and questions you have in person.
