Used Hitron CODA modem, verified compatible with Xfinity & Spectrum; includes modem, power cable & coaxial cable. No ethernet cable.

A DOCSIS 3.0 and 3.1 capable modem, advertised as able to deliver 10 Gbps via DOCSIS 3.1. We used it for internet plans of 800 mbps through Xfinity. It worked perfectly. I'm not sure myself how to use DOCSIS 3.1, but I would expect near 1 Gbps speeds to be possible with DOCSIS 3.0.

Recently we have had the need for unlimited data, Xfinity's unlimited data plan is cheaper when you rent out their modem which is why we're selling this one.
