This position works directly with the owner-operator and plays a critical role in keeping day-to-day operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being the backbone of a successful business.
Position Overview
This role combines administrative leadership with hands-on responsibility in:
• Human Resources support
• Payroll processing
• Accounts payable & basic accounting coordination
• Office systems, organization, and internal communication
You will be a trusted partner to ownership and leadership, helping translate vision into execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Manage accounts payable and vendor coordination
• Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and compliance
• Maintain organized administrative systems and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners
• Assist ownership with scheduling, reporting, and operational priorities

• Proven experience in administration, HR support, payroll, or bookkeeping
