The Taproom & Delivery Associate assists our Taproom and Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) delivery departments by educating, recommending, and serving 2 Towns Ciderhouse products to the public and delivering our products directly to bars, restaurants, and consumers' doorsteps. The ideal candidate is passionate about our products and provides excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

-You’re excited about the craft beverage industry
-You enjoy a lively environment, and you are passionate about customer service
-You excel at learning new things and educating others
-You’re comfortable driving a company vehicle and maintaining communication with dispatchers
-You’re comfortable loading and unloading up to 165 pounds without assistance
-You have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings
-You’re at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Compensation
-This is a non-exempt position with two different hourly rates based on the shift/position you are scheduled to work.
Taproom
-Starting wage: $15.05 / hr. + tips
-Scheduled hours per week: Primarily Thursday through Sunday with some rotation into M-W as needed.
DTC (direct-to-consumer)
-Starting wage: $19.00 / hr.
-Scheduled hours per week: Wednesday with occasional coverage Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
*There will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts in each department and to work off-premise events as an ambassador for 2 Towns Ciderhouse.
