From a clean home. No smoking.
No rips, tears, stains, damage, etc.
Couch is chocolate brown with high quality velvet/suede feeling fabric. The frame is espresso brown leather (I cannot say whether it is genuine leather or not, but I don't think so).
Dimensions are: 118 in long ways. 3 feet deep. 81 inches long for the "L" section.
Perfect condition and extremely comfy; we are only wanting to sell because it is a bit too big in our tiny house.
