Each home is quality at its finest. . .The bottom consists of pressure treated 2" X 4" wood to resist rot and to elevate the ½ plywood floor off the ground to keep pets cozy. The frame consists of 2 X 2 members and a covered with T1-11. They are also are trimmed with 1" X 2" exterior grade corners, fascia and soffit trim. In addition, the exterior has primer coat and two finish color coats. The pet houses are available in grey and tan. Lastly, the ½ OSB roof sheeting is covered with 15lb. felt and finished off with architecture charcoal colored asphalt shingles.
In addition, the roof comes off for cleaning and moving (they are heavy)
