2 years ago built from old hickory sheds. Purchased for 24,000 . Intended to use it for a tiny home but due to county/city not having clear regulations with each other was not able to get proper permits and therefore I no longer have a use for this beautiful hideaway.. my loss I guess is your potential gain so take advantage when the opportunity arrives lol. Anyhow, the walls have been done on the inside but it does not have electrical or plumbing as of this moment. However those things can be done if you would like them to be done to make it a finished building for you to be able to set somewhere and use immediately. I could do those things for a potential buyer I just can't do them for myself because of the permits to leave the building on my property but again I can do the work and have it delivered to your property.. if you pay the full asking price I will pay for the delivery of the unit to your address within 200 miles by a professional moving company that specializes in the placement of these buildings. The building is currently being used as a small storage unit for some furniture and boxes it sits on skid's to easily be able to get underneath of it so there is no rot from a sitting directly on the ground and there is no rot or mildew inside the Building... I'm also entertaining the possibility of part trade as well so if you have generators, welders, vehicles, air compressors, tools in general, tool boxes, specialty car equipment, materials for building, I am open to quite a few different possibilities feel free to call or text with any questions.
