Grass seed straw in 4x4 round bales weighing around 550lbs each. Bales are dense and can easily be rolled around and unrolled by one person. Use for livestock bedding, compost, ground cover or mulch. We have two varieties available Roemer's Fescue soft and fine stemmed, excellent for bedding seedling grass is very slow to grow and non competitive making it excellent for mulching crops like garlic. Price is $45 a bale. We also have Oatgrass, it has similar traits but is also relatively palatable to livestock, I would say they prefer it to Bentgrass straw. Price is $50 a bale. We are located in North Albany, late afternoon works best for me for loading you but I can make any time work if I need to.
