12x16 mini barn. Great little shed. Just under 200 square feet. My kid has a puppy that needed an expensive trip to the doctor. I told he has to help build a shed to sell to pay the bill. I didn’t get it done in time for Christmas but it’s done Christmas Day. The shed is skinned with metal that has 40 year paint which is better than the 5 year plywood siding on the commercially available sheds. It has a 8x7 garage door that is more durable than wood doors also. Floor joists are 1 foot on center so the floor is very strong and you can park little tractors or cars on it. It has a small loft at the end for storage. The shed is about 11’ high at the peak. The commercial sheds are about $8,500 for this type of building so we are asking $7,500 or best offer. If you are looking for a good little shed, we are hoping you’d give us a call.
