I have several of these little tree starts left in one gallon pots. They grow slowly like the normal native. Pacific madrones. Internet says they can get up to 35 feet here, but I've never seen one larger than 15 in the valley.
(These are the compacta variety which do stay a bit smaller.)
When they are mature, they will give bland but beautiful strawberry like fruits that are high in pectin making it great for jams.

Pickup in Monroe near Bellfountain country store, or message to arrange meeting in Corvallis/Albany (I don't drive through every day).
