2025 Lamb pricing
New year, new processor. This year we used Kalapooia Processing, home of Anderson Farms. I really liked how clean and quiet their stockyard was. The facility design is based on Temple Grandin’s Best Standards for Humane Handling. Their cuts are a bit different than we had last year. Overall I was pretty happy with it.

Ground, Sirloin steak, Arm steak, Blade steak, Denver Ribs, Center cut Leg roast, Front Shank, Hind Shank
Packages are about a pound with Hind shanks being slightly heavier and Leg Roasts being 4lbs +/-
$16/lb
Chops, Frenched Rack
Chops are around 1-1/4lbs +/- and Racks 1-1/2lbs +/-
Boxes will be 16-17lbs for $190 with a second box discounted to $170. Two boxes equaling a whole lamb at about 33lbs works out to $10.90/lb
A typical Box (half Lamb) will include...
2-3lbs Ground
(1) Package each of Sirloin steak, Frenched Rack, Front Shank, Hind Shank, Center Cut Leg Roast, and Denver Ribs
