I had some positive results from this but I am not a sweet juice/pop drinker and these were too sweet for me. I endednup watering them down and drinking with seltzer water which was way better. If you're used to sweets you'll like these. Or if you want to try it before a big investment, here's your chance. I didn't notice enough difference to have to tolerate the sweet, though I only tried for one month and they weren't full strength. I'll just use tinctures instead.
