Your Role:
In our cozy residential setting, your clinical skills ensure our residents live safe, healthy, and high-quality lives.
• Clinical Oversight: Manage nursing care plans and administer medications with precision.
• Advocacy: Act as the vital link between our residents and their medical providers.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Communication: Ensure seamless transitions through detailed documentation and teamwork.
What You Bring to the Table
• License: A current Oregon LPN (or RN) license.
• Physicality: Ability to lift 60 lbs regularly.
• Safety: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Character: At least two professional references and a passion for the IDD field.
• Previous experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus, but your heart and skills matter most!
