Starting Wage:Â $23.00/hour
Schedule:Â Sunday's 9am - 12pm (optional to pick up more hours)
Location: Lebanon, Oregon

I like to stay busy and do things that make me happy, like listening to music, singing, playing with sensory toys, swinging, spinning, splashing in the water, and watching my favorite video stories. I do best when I have a steady routine and someone who understands how I communicate and what helps me feel safe. I need a caregiver who can keep up with my energy but also stay calm, patient, and consistent when things get a little tricky. Someone who "gets me," follows my schedule, and helps keep me safe, especially when I'm in the car or out in the community-is the best match for me.
Sometimes I need extra help with personal care and reminders to stay on track, but when I feel supported, I can shine and have so much fun. I do best with a caregiver who has experience with higher behaviors and who can help me stay engaged, safe, and included in everything I do."

🌻 Who We’re Looking For
18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, you’ll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them.
Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
