I (23 yr full-time student and student employee) am looking for a small house/townhouse/duplex to rent for two people (my mom 48 and me) that allows pets (one cat [2yrs] and one ~40Ib Heeler/Beagle mix dog [3yrs]. We are interested in a two-bedroom option, but we are good with even a one-bedroom option as long as there is a fenced backyard. We own an house previous and sold it during COVID to move in with significant other, since then broke up and tense environment. Have history of renting decades ago. Interested in property management or private landlords who can help us on our next journey of life. Applied to many places already but despite COVID pausing student loans, and resuming them-- it has impacted my mom's credit history. We are quiet, hard-working, and do not party/drink/smoke-- no criminal background, just looking for a new place to call home.
