Hello!
I'm hoping to find a small 1-2 bedroom apartment/house/ADU to rent in Corvallis. I work in an office on the west side of campus and would like to be within 10-15 minutes of that area.
I'm a single adult, employed full-time in a steady position, and it would just be myself, my dog, and my cat. Both of my animals are housebroken and fixed. I'd love to be somewhere with a little outdoor space or within a walkable neighborhood/close to a park. I would be more than happy to take care of any yard work, landscaping, or garden area. I'm looking to find a place where I can be a reliable, long-term tenant!
I prefer to live solo, so I'm not really interested in having any housemates or shared living spaces at this time.
I don't have a set date I need to move by, so if it's a place that won't be available until later in the year, that'd be okay. Feel free to email me with any questions you might have or if you have a rental that fits what I'm looking for!
