We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members to assist with event deliveries, setup, and breakdown for weddings, corporate events, and private functions throughout the region.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position involving loading trucks, transporting equipment, and setting up items such as tables, chairs, tents, staging, dance floors, and other event equipment. No event industry experience is required — we are looking for reliable people with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
• Load and unload event equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with delivery, setup, and breakdown at event sites
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and venues
• Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors
Qualifications
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, construction, landscaping, or event setup is helpful but not required.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling based on event demand. Weekends, evenings, and seasonal peak periods are common.
