We are looking for a maintenance technician to assist at a mid-size apartment complex and a smaller apartment complex. The maintenance technician is responsible for turning move out units, responding to maintenance issues, on call emergencies, upkeep and maintenance of building and grounds.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hard working, motivated, able to work M-F, 8 am to 3 pm, and located in Corvallis or closeby areas. Experience is preferred, especially in painting, but training is possible where needed. This will start out as an independent contractor/ 1099 position until the fit is confirmed.
Interaction with management and tenants is expected regularly and a criminal background check will be required upon acceptance. Please respond by email with a resume or experience with references.
