We need a part-time helper to assist homeowners with general seasonal yard maintenance on their small property: raking, ground clean up, tree and shrub pruning and brush clean up, garden bed maintenance, shovel work/planting shrubs, weeding, spraying, pressure washing, and perhaps other general yard duties. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lb bags of fertilizer or mulch; walk up and down stairs and navigate moderate slopes on our suburban property ten minutes from OSU. Perhaps ideal part-time position for OSU student with prior yard and garden experience.
**Important: we are not interested in hiring anyone who is addicted to social media and/or cannot work for extended periods of time without looking at their phone repeatedly, texting; etc. **. Positive outlook and good attitude is important, we want to hire someone pleasant and dependable who enjoys working outdoors and helping to make things look nice in the yard.

Flexible hours can be arranged, perhaps some partial or full days on a Saturday or Sunday to work alongside owners, also, some weekday hours possible, if you have some free time during the week. Hourly pay commensurate with experience, paid twice monthly. Preference given to a candidate who will be in the area for at least 1-2 years.
