We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Ranch Hand / Handyman to assist with a variety of manual labor and maintenance tasks on a working ranch.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* General ranch maintenance and repairs
* Operating and maintaining large farm equipment
* Property upkeep, fencing, and grounds maintenance
* Assisting with irrigation systems and water management
* Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs (preferred)
* Performing other ranch-related duties as needed
**Requirements:**
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check
* Experience operating large farm equipment (required)
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* General knowledge of electrical systems
* Experience with irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair
* Previous ranch, farm, construction, or handyman experience

**Compensation:** $20/hr DOE
