Express Employment Professionals is hiring dependable and motivated Production Workers for a growing manufacturing company in Lebanon. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
ā¢ Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
ā¢ Monitor product quality and report any defects or production concerns
ā¢ Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
ā¢ Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and general production support
ā¢ Complete basic production paperwork and documentation
ā¢ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
ā¢ Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
ā Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
ā Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
ā Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
ā Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
ā Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
ā Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
