Compensation: $25-$40/hour dependent on work experience and skill level.
Schedule and Hours: Monday- Friday, Year round, Full-time 32-40 hours a week.
Location: Company yard is in Philomath, Oregon. Job area covers Benton and surrounding counties.

Required to be considered for this position:
-Tree Climbing Experience
-Experience Operating Chainsaws
-Oregon Drivers License (CDL Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
• Operates boom truck. Performs tree trimming and removals from the boom truck.
• Climbs to heights over 100 feet. Performs trimming and removals,
• Uses modern rigging and roping techniques to remove limbs and trees in tight spaces and above residential structures and landscaping.
• Proficient and precise in falling whole trees.
• Clear, direct, and accurate communication with crew members regarding tasks at hand and successful completion of each job.
*As much experience as possible is preferred; however, on the job training is performed.
Additional responsibilities as a crew member:
-Maintaining equipment (fuel levels, sharpening chains). Noting any further maintenance needed to the supervisor.
-Loading and unloading equipment into trucks for the day, setting up job sites, reporting to the foreman.
-Hauling brush and wood, chipping brush in a brush chipper, loading wood with skid steer, driving and backing up trucks with trailers proficiently, cleaning up job sites thoroughly.
