Exact Staff is hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support warehouse operations for our client in Tangent, OR. This is a 2–3-month assignment—perfect for someone looking to jump into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.
• Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $31.00/hr.
• Full-Time Hours: Schedule based on business needs

• Hands-On Experience in a dynamic warehouse setting
Duties -
• Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment & machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Clean, service, and lubricate components
• Replace parts and assist with ordering supplies
• Maintain organized tools and workspaces
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with leadership
• Assist with equipment testing and adjustments
Experience -
• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of mechanical experience preferred
• Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Work Environment -
• Warehouse setting with active machinery
• Lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Hiring Requirements -
• Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check (if required)
