Hi,
I'm looking for a contractor for some repairs at my rental property:

- Install new flooring
Bottom Floor: 576sqft
Determine water leak (appliance, plumbing?), repair. Remove existing flooring

Baseboards (fix or replace post flooring install)

- Repair Steps (replace rotting and bowing boards). Paint

- Replace trim around the garage. Caulk, paint

- Paint: 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom

- Remove all debris, clean up your work. Leave it spotless

Timeline: Aug 10th - 14th (must complete by the 14th)
Pricing: This is a rental, I'm looking for reasonable pricing
You: Experienced contractor who has done flooring and repairs
