Property cleanup, help rebuilding a small porch (setting pier blocks, and installs about 8 boards), repairing a fence (setting a post, and nailing in fence boards, moving some lumber, digging some holes to plant, Organizing my shop (organizing lumber, cleanup and some demolition).
Could be a nice summer gig for a student who wants some ongoing work week to week. Flexible scheduling.
