Install flush ring pulls on two pocket doors
• I bought recessed satin-nickel pulls and the door cutouts are already there — install so they sit flush, line up, and work smoothly.
• Mount solidly so they don’t snag in the pocket. If the latch needs a quick tweak, include that in your estimate.
Fix door gap (top-left)
• Visible gap remains at top-left of one exterior door (weatherstrip is in but not sealing).
• Likely fixes: adjust screws/plate
Bend back small bent gutter/trim piece
• Carefully reshape a short section of exterior trim/gutter so it looks good and paint isn’t damaged. Expect padded pliers/cloth protection and careful forming.
