What You'll Do:
Prepare steel parts for galvanizing and coating processes
Load, unload, and handle materials safely throughout production
Operate coating equipment, including powder coating systems
Monitor equipment and inspect products for quality and consistency
Bake and finish coated parts according to specifications
Complete production paperwork and quality documentation
Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with troubleshooting equipment and process issues
Cross-train and support other areas of production as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Previous production, manufacturing, coating, or metal fabrication experience is helpful but not required
