A growing manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Galvanizer / Coating Associate to join their production team. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing, coating, finishing, and inspecting metal parts while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Prepare steel parts for galvanizing and coating processes
ā¢ Perform pickling, pre-treatment, and material preparation
ā¢ Apply coatings using powder coating equipment
ā¢ Operate and monitor coating and finishing equipment
ā¢ Inspect products throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met
ā¢ Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately
ā¢ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
ā¢ Assist with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
ā¢ Support production goals and on-time delivery requirements
What We're Looking For:
ā Manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred
ā Ability to follow detailed processes and quality standards
ā Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
ā Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
ā Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
