Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coating Associate for a manufacturing team in Harrisburg. This role supports the coating department in producing high-quality, finished components with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep parts and materials for powder coating
Apply powder coating using spray guns, hoppers, and booth systems
Bake coated parts to correct temperature and time settings
Monitor equipment, gauges, and processes for quality control
Perform daily pre-pickling and finishing processes
Follow safety procedures and maintain work area cleanliness
Help meet production goals and ensure on-time order fulfillment
Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process standards
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
Team-oriented and dependable
