This Program Coordinator role is a key leadership position that advances Benco’s mission by supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, make meaningful choices, and stay connected to their community.
Duties:
• Lead and coordinate daily services so individuals receive safe, respectful, person-centered support aligned with their goals.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to ensure quality services, strong teamwork, and a positive, mission-driven culture.
Benefits:
• Starting wage: $21.60-26.50/hour
• Raises every 6 months for the first 2 years, then annually (until capped)
• Paid training (12 hours annually)

Qualifications:
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Be able to work afternoon/evening, weekend/holiday shifts as needed.
• Knowledge of assessment techniques and functional record keeping in the IDD field.
Education & Experience:
• At least 2 years of college and/or 2 years IDD experience
• 2 years supervising
