Position Overview
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential home, including supervising staff, ensuring quality care, and supporting individuals in achieving their goals. This role includes managing a team of up to eight staff and fostering a respectful, supportive environment.

Pay and Growth
• Starting Salary: $44,928 – $55,120 (DOE)
• Structured raises:
o 3% at 6 months
o 5% at 1 year
o 3% at 1.5 years
o 5% at 2 years
o 6% annually thereafter until cap
Schedule
• Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
• May need to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
• Two years of experience in the IDD or caregiving field and/or two years of college
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
About the Role
This position oversees a 24-hour residential program supporting four adult women with IDD. The ideal candidate is emotionally mature, calm, confident, and demonstrates empathy and respect in their work.
