We are seeking a dynamic property management individual for a beautiful mobile home park located in Albany OR. Applicants should be responsible, self-motivated, and able to multitask. Great communication skills are mandatory. Anyone with resident manager experience should apply for a chance to be part of a great and fast-growing company.
Management responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Collecting rents and making timely deposits
• Distributing accurate and timely bills, where applicable, to residents
• Is available to park residents during posted business hours in the park office and during emergency situations after the office is closed, including weekends.
• Enforcing park rules and regulations.
• Complete leasing paperwork as required. Rent or lease RV/MHP spaces, collect security deposits as required and complete forms outlining conditions and terms of residency and all such other policies, which may be implemented from time to time.
• Scheduling, meeting, and overseeing vendors that are completing work within the community
• Keep accurate and complete resident files. Prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports in a timely manner.
• Purchase supplies as necessary. Provide record-keeping information, (expense reports, deposit receipts), to Regional Supervisor when requested.
• Is or becomes knowledgeable in the Oregon Mobile Home Residency Law
• Files tenant and park records in an organized manner. Records and maintains a current inventory with serial and model numbers of park-owned equipment, in a safe place.
