Administrative Assistant – Construction Office (QuickBooks a Plus)

About the Job: We’re a hardworking construction company looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep the office organized and support the field and project teams. If you’re good with numbers, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with QuickBooks, you’ll be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, manage emails, and keep the office running smoothly
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
Enter job costs, receipts, and vendor bills into QuickBooks
Collect timesheets and maintain accurate job files
Prepare purchase orders and track materials
Support project managers with paperwork, scheduling, and job documentation
Work with vendors, greet visitors, and provide general office support
What We’re Looking For:
Previous admin experience; construction office experience is a plus
Accounts experience and comfort working with numbers
QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, basic office software)
Organized, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
Able to handle a busy environment and shifting priorities
