Looking for a forever home (Corvallis)

I just can’t seem to get him and my other cats to get along. It’s been about 6 months and there are still issues between them. I think Goobie would be best in a single pet household. He was in a single pet household before he came here and it doesn’t seem to be the right chemistry for him.
He had clumps of hair I cut off so he was bald in a couple spots (in the pics) but he’s growing it back fast. He’s gotten flea treatments/dewormed and he’s a healthy cat. I’m posting this hoping that someone might feel a connection with him and he can find a better fit for a forever home.
I can tell he’s not very happy here and he doesn’t get the attention he wants and deserves.
