Beautiful and Sweet abandoned cat needs an indoor home!

We have a cat friend that was abandoned by the previous renters of the house we bought. He is very affectionate and you can tell he wants to come inside. We have 3 indoor cats that already hate each other enough, so we cannot bring him in. We have set up a cozy and safe place for him with a cat house and fresh food/water daily, but we are trying to sell our house and he will be left all alone again. If you are wanting a sweet companion to care for, Oscar could be your match!
We are asking a small re-homing fee of $25 to make sure the person is serious. We do not know his medical history or if he has been neutered, but we refuse to drop him at a kennel.
