Property Management / Real Estate Sales
We are offering an opportunity for a full-time position for property management in Marion and Polk Counties and real estate sales. Applicant should be a motivated and outgoing individual able to communicate with a large variety of people. Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are a must.
Responsibilities include:
General office management – answer phone calls, communicate with tenants and prospective tenants, receive maintenance requests and schedule contractors
Inspection of rental units
Market rental and sale properties
Rent collection – checks or money orders only, no cash accepted
Daily conference with main office
Requirements
Oregon Real Estate Broker License
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
Good verbal and written communication skills
Learn and administer Fair Housing Laws
Able to carry out instructions, observe rules and maintain confidentiality
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects or tasks
Ability to identify needs and generate own work with minimal direction and guidance
Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel software
