ISO housing less than $800/mo

ISO housing around $800/mo. My wife and I (both of us 27yo females) are in need of any type of housing around this price within 20 minute drive of north Albany, where I work nights full time 10pm-6am. We would prefer a private bathroom and entry but realize that’s a big ask for the price range.
We are clean, quiet, courteous, usually busy away from home other than sleeping, and cordial but prefer to keep to ourselves. No kids, no pets, clean records, and share one vehicle. Open to taking over leases, sharing houses, etc, just hoping to find somewhere with the least commute and most privacy for what we can afford.

Please reply with description and photos. Can offer a bit more depending on location and privacy offered, or if utilities are included in price.
